The Helm Twins

I found a new tidbit. On the Find-A-Grave website I found 2 children listed for Sarah Ellen Manire Helm I didn't know about. Sarah was the sister to my Great-Great-Grandpa Arthur Cornelious Manire.

I found Sarah and her husband had twin daughters named Stella & Ella. Sadly Ella died from an illness at age of 5 months. The other twin, Stella, later died at the age of 6 months old. Both were buried in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Chickasha, Grady County, Oklahoma (Block 6, Lot 44).

Justin Manire

Justin Manire and his Mom Delilah Hartmaier from Alamogordo were mentioned in this Website written by a professional Darters player.

Justin has Asperger's Syndrome, a high functioning form of Autism. According to the Journal entry by the Dart guy, Justin loves sharks. And he's really good at drawing. He's graduated high school and taking some college classes in 3d animation and art.

I have 2 nephews with forms of Autism and a distant cousin whose son has a form of the Autism spectrum.

I have several Delilah's in my database. I'm not sure which one this Delilah is. Is she a Manire by birth or marriage? Or was she a single parent when Justin was born?

David, Angela & Kaylee Manire

Found a picture of a David Manire, his wife Angela and their daughter Kaylee Manire. They are from Shelbyville, Tennessee. They are big Tennessee Titan fans.

Since I have a lot of David's in my Genealogy Database, I'm not sure which David this is.

The picture is here.. near the bottom.

My Grandpa's 1st Cousin.

J. P. and Doris Manire

Once a month I scour the web for anything and everything "Manire". I'm always on the look out for new things about the family past and present. Presently J.P. and Doris Manire's family has been fighting against a cause dear to their Heart. It has affected the family deeply and is so sad that it happened at all to this family.

It seems that in Texas the Court system has a "Guardians" program in place... And it's being used in undermining, unethical ways from my stand point. I put up all the links so you can read about it for yourself and see what you think on the matter.

Estate of Denial "Blog Archive" - Inheritance in America: rights vs. slights

Guardianship Gone Bad "Isolate. Medicate. Take the Estate." Down in the comments from readers - Kim Manire gives a very insightful commentation... She also lists a whole bunch of weblinks.

I've counted 5 or 6 websites out of 15 all carrying this story over the vast realm of the internet. With this Journal Entry I add one more telling of the story. For me it's really sad because even though J.P. Manire was only my 2nd Cousin twice removed, he was part of the whole Manire Family Tree story. To me family is family no matter how distant them are... in the family tree or in distance...
